A NUMBER of Swansea neighbourhoods are to be targeted by dog fouling officers after more than two and a half tonnes of dog mess was cleaned up in a month.
Officers who have the power to hand out fixed penalties to any dog owners caught failing to clear up after their pet, will target areas including Sketty, Brynmill and Langland.
